How do online appointments work? Pick your date and time (we're in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada), we'll get you signed up to our secure online portal! Then all you have to do is log on at your appointment time. 

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things change - especially with a baby! If you need to reschedule or would prefer to move your appointment online, that change can be made at anytime with no penalty.
If you need to cancel your appointment, appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund, within 24 hours, will be charged for the appointment. Cancellation of a previously rescheduled appointment at any time will be charged for the appointment.
