Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
Order Cancellation/Changes Policy:
Your order is processed in real time - which means that the fulfillment process begins as soon as you place your order. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately so we can change it before your order has shipped out. If you would like to cancel your order, again please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and it will be processed as a return (see policy above). If your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order - you will be refunded your total amount minus $20 for processing.
Lactation Services Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things change - especially with a baby! If you need to reschedule or would prefer to move your appointment online, that change can be made at anytime with no penalty.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel with more than 24 hours notice so we can offer your spot to another family. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged for the appointment. Cancellation of a previously rescheduled appointment at any time will be charged for the appointment. Please note that messaging support begins immediately and is not eligible for refund.
